Development of overall strategy and framework:
Identify Request for Tenders and Quotes and other business opportunities that fit with Client’s business objectives.
Notify Client of relevant opportunities or Client notifies STG of tender opportunities.
Client provides approval to proceed with tender analysis.
Analysis of: specifications, evaluation criteria, competitive analysis, resources required to prepare the bid, critical timeframes and quote to prepare the bid.
Client approval to proceed: specific tender services required, internal or other resources to be provided and acceptance or otherwise of the quote.
STC makes amendments to the quote based on the feedback.
Client provides final approval for bid and quote.
STC commences preparation of the bid.
Depending on the bid and project an hourly rate, daily rate, project rate and success fee can be negotiated.
A tender evaluation fee may apply depending on the complexity of the tender.
